New DTM Collection 11/2007


PACTware is the FDT technology based solution for integration of field instruments, communication components, remote I/O systems and interface components. The operation of all components is carried out via instrument drivers, so-called DTMs. These describe the hardware completely and provide a graphical adjustment interface. All instrument and communication DTMs needed for parameter adjustment of the instruments are compiled in the DTM Collection.
All VEGA DTMs for operation of plics series with 4 ... 20 mA/HART or PROFIBUS PA interface are certified according to the guidelines of the FDT Group.

New functions of the DTM Collection 11/2007
PACTware 3.5 New operating interface with extended presentation of additional functions.
VEGASON S 61 und VEGASON S 62 DTM The VEGASON DTM have been supplemented by VEGASON S 61 and VEGASON S 62.
The communication is exclusively supported through the configuration interface on instrument site.
VEGAWELL 5X DTM The VEGAWELL DTM have been supplemented by the DTM VEGAWELL 5X to adjust the sensor VEGAWELL 51 HART. The communication is exclusively supported via HART.
SIL for VEGACAL The VEGACAL-DTM offer now SIL support for the VEGACAL types 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66 in HART version.
Communication protocol FF (Foundation Fieldbus) The communication and adjustment of plics series with interface type FF by means of DTM is now also possible via the Fieldbus..
VEGA Multiviewer The VEGA Multiviewer has been extended by further functions.
VEGAMET-DTM The DTM for VEGAMET 624/625 and VEGASCAN 693 have been adapted to function extensions of the mentioned instrument types.
