Products in the VEGA catalogue marked with the stopwatch symbol will be shipped within 5 working days. This applies to 80% of the standard product range. Even instruments in special materials or for special applications are available surprisingly quickly. This speed production is ensured by sophisticated electronic data processing and production planning which starts with your order entry.

Advice and offer in record time
SPEED has meant an increase in time and reaction time for members of our sales department. Our experts can be contacted by phone at any time, even during holidays. Most enquiries are answered immediately, either directly on the phone or by e-mail. And even in the quoting process VEGA is cranking up speed: Individual quotations are passed on to the prospective customer in a very short time often via e-mail.

Quick connection, quickly ready to start
Whether customers mount and connect their instruments themselves or if this is done by VEGA experts: all products fit without problems into standardised fittings and even existing connections can be used. This is a real benefit of the SPEED concept.

Quick repair, earlier production
VEGA has also improved repair times. Virtually all repairs are made and returned to the customer within seven working days. If necessary, VEGA will provide a replacement instrument during the repair time so that production and safety are guaranteed.
