3rd place for VEGA in the cavtop40 Award

3rd place for VEGA in the cavtop40 Award
The new generation of VEGA's radar sensors: 1996 VEGAPULS 81 (left), 1997 VEGAPULS 54 (right), 2003 VEGAPULS 62 (mid) - getting smaller, but more powerful
On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the technical journal CAV announced in its June issue the winners of the cavtop40 Award. In this special category, 40 product classics from the last four decades as well as the current product innovations resulting from them were presented. Within the context of a competition, readers voted on the best CAV product classics.

Out of the 40 different products - from pumps and fittings to measuring technology components to processing equipment - readers chose radar level measurement with VEGAPULS, placing it 3rd on the list. In 1997, VEGA introduced the first two-wire radar instrument in the world. Two years later VEGA ascended to the position of international market leader in the area of radar level measurement. For liquids, radar has long been accepted as a reliable standard technology - and with the radar sensors of ERA II, VEGA has also set a new standard for continuous measurement of bulk solids.
