Customer advisory service available at all times  
With the new web shop, VEGA is responding to the many customers who would like to buy their next measuring instrument quickly and easily online. “This new opportunity presented itself during the launch in 2020 of our new VEGABAR, VEGAPOINT and VEGAPULS device series” said Matthias Veith, the VEGA marketing manager. “It’s only logical that we would take steps to simplify access to online ordering and offer expert technical advice around the clock.” The new shop provides lots of space for additional information, i.e. detailed product data - like dimensions, materials, functions and device versions.  

Less work for purchasing 
The procurement of process components often involves a lot of work for employees in purchasing departments. To make their work easier the web shop offers, for example, the “Buy again” function.
