If that’s not possible, they do everything that needs to be done to get things rolling: from the express delivery of a replacement instrument to getting a specialist to your plant as quickly as possible.

Immediate help via remote maintenance

Using the remote maintenance service TeamViewer, the VEGA service technician can assist you immediately, check the instrument configuration and perform a fault analysis. Just download the TeamViewer software, grant our service technician permission for remote access and there you go!

Repair and replacement instruments

Quick help in emergencies: in many cases, an inexpensive exchange of electronics is all it takes to get a system up and running again quickly. Even instruments sent in for repair get back to you quickly, immediately ready for use.

At VEGA, you have permanent access to all information about your VEGA instruments: operating instructions, approvals, hardware and software histories, instrument software and adjustment tools.
With the serial number search you can access all instrument features, factory settings and the complete documentation.

Instrument return form

If your instrument needs to be repaired, please proceed as follows:

  • Download return form, print out and complete
  • Clean and pack the instrument for safe transport
  • Attach the completed form and possibly also a safety data sheet on the outside of the package
  • Send instrument to VEGA:

    1. For customers in Germany and Austria:

This helps us carry out repairs quickly, without having to check back with you for needed information.
