Immediate help with remote maintenance

VEGA service technicians can provide immediate assistance, check instrument configuration, and perform a fault analysis using the remote maintenance service called TeamViewer. Simply download the TeamViewer software and grant a VEGA service technician permission for remote access to begin finding a solution.

Instrument return form

If your instrument needs to be repaired or replaced, please proceed as follows:

  1. Download the return form, print it out, and complete
  2. Clean and pack the instrument for safe transport
  3. Attach the completed form and if necessary, a safety data sheet on the outside of the package
  4. Send the instrument to your local VEGA office

VEGA provides permanent access to information about your VEGA instrumentation, including operating instructions, approvals, hardware and software histories, instrument software, and adjustment tools. Visit the download center and find your sensor information using the product name, serial number, or document number.
