The delivered goods are not covered by European foreign trade legislation (export list according to Annex I, EC Regulation 2019/2199 of EC Regulation 428/2009)
- and are therefore not subject to export licensing.

 
Products of U.S. Origin

American products are generally subject to U.S. export control regulations. Our products that originate in USA are EAR99 goods. However, all re-export control regulations must be checked and observed. The original data can be found on our invoice.

Notice concerning recent events: the easing of the Iran sanctions is a result of that country’s partial dismantling of its nuclear program. The general export control regulations remain effective and include banned goods and other goods subject to approval.
