A new chapter begins: VEGA is acquiring Akenza AG, based in Zurich. With this strategic move, VEGA combines its decades of experience in industrial process automation with akenza’s proven IoT expertise. akenza specialises in IoT solutions and provides companies worldwide with a platform that seamlessly connects devices and systems.

For VEGA, the acquisition represents a further step in the expansion of its Industrial IoT business segment. The aim is to offer customers comprehensive and scalable solutions, from collecting process data to enabling intelligent decision-making.

From sensor to intelligent decision
