Area Manager (Service)
We are looking for a motivated person to join our service team in Mumbai. It’s a critical role that will support our customers.
📢 Designation: Area Manager (Service)
📍 Location:
- Mumbai (1 position), ready to travel within India whenever required
💡 Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics with 10+ years experience in process instrumentation/ automation. Relevant experience in field services is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership of the customer issues, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot the issues by providing an appropriate solution
- Follow the standard SOP to communicate to external and internal stakeholders regarding the resolved/unresolved issues
- Should have a sound technical understanding of the subject matter
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customers
- Ensure all the reported issues are properly documented and communicated to the appropriate person internally
- Prioritize and manage many issues properly at a time by maintaining customer relations
- Coordinate with internal sales, external sales and internal quality team to resolve the issue at hand
- Should be willing to travel to customer sites as needed to address customer queries

Sr. Sales Engineer/ Area Sales Manager
We are looking for a motivated person to join our field sales team in Mumbai. As a sales engineer you will bring to the table your technical expertise along with the sales skills.

💡 Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics with 5-10 years of relevant experience in process instrumentation/ automation. Relevant experience in field sales is preferred
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and implement a regional business plan to achieve the sales target
- Business development in the assigned region. Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Scout for project alerts and communicate with the respective team
- Key account creation and management
- Follow up with the inquiries by giving sound technical advise to take it to the logical conclusion
- Negotiating and closing sales with agreeable terms and conditions
- Monitor the order booking process and order dispatch
- Liaising with internal sales, service, product management and other departments
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Effectively manage the payment cycle from the customer’s end
