Hygienic design down to the last detail
For reliable production
Time is an increasingly decisive factor for food and pharmaceutical processes, in particular the hygienic production phases. However, this assumes that the cleaning process can be fully relied upon, once completed, to meet the industry's high cleanliness requirements. And this in turn requires components whose geometry does not allow microorganisms to collect in dead spaces and which are also capable of withstanding the cleaning and sterilization processes.
Surfaces and material
All surfaces of these VEGAPOINT sensors that come into contact with the medium are made of PEEK and stainless steel and have optimal roughness values. All materials are approved and tested according to FDA and EG 1935/2004. This has been confirmed by independent laboratories and institutes. The design of the devices is certified according to the European EHEDG Directive and the North American 3-ASanitaryStandards Inc.
Durable and temperature resistant under CIP and SIP conditions
VEGA sensors ensure that all required media are available with sufficient reserve in every process step and reliably withstand the complex CIP and SIP processes.
