However, if you do need to submit a warranty claim, please follow the procedure below,

• Please click on the following link to access our warranty returns form
     
• Once we receive your request, we’ll coordinate the return of your device.
  Once your device has been received we will ship your device to our factory for a warranty claim inspection.

Please Note: 
Not all devices need to be returned, our team will guide you based on the specific situation.
Testing and inspection time frames can vary dependant on the device type and reported fault. We will let you know the expected time frame as soon as possible.
As soon as our factory confirms the warranty, we’ll proceed with repair or provide a replacement instrument and will be shipped back to you. (credits are not available on warranty claims) .
