Water Radar Level Sensor Webinar - Get Expert Inside Knowledge Learn about how the operational benefits and performance facets to RADAR level sensors combine to deliver an industry-changing technology package. We will be providing evidence of cost and operational savings for both level controls and consequential costs.

VEGA RADAR level sensors are now at the same price as ultrasonic based devices, so there is no better time to find out about this new, low cost 80GHz microwave-based technology. Legacy level suppliers are telling the market to ‘stick with what they know’ for ‘most’ non-contact applications; except for when they don’t work, then install a radar.

Our view... start with a radar!

Using radar for a completely external level measurement for process or storage In many different industries, chemicals and additives are commonly transported and stored in plastic bulk-tanks, or smaller containers such as IBC's. Often hazardous in nature - whether corrosive, toxic or just unpleasant to handle - and contact introduces risk, costing time and money that could be spent on other more productive tasks. By using non-contact microwave radar technology to look through plastic, glass and ceramics, and measure the levels inside, we can eliminate safety risks and maintenance needs. Until now it has not always been affordable, but that has changed with a new transmitter range. Join Kevin Mitchell and James Burns for an overview of how this actually works, the applications and how easy it is to to get the best out of your measurement applications..
