ISHM
May 12-14 | Oklahoma City, OK
OKC Convention Center
If you’re coming to ISHM to solve real measurement problems (not just browse booths), VEGA is teaching a hands-on course built around the toughest interface applications in separators and storage tanks.
Bring your interface application questions – separator performance, difficult process conditions, H₂S environments, or inconsistent readings – and we’ll walk through options and best practices together. If you have them, bring a photo/P&ID or a few details about the vessel and process conditions.
Hands-on course (110 minutes): VEGAFLEX for Interface Level Measurement
Registration required – seating is limited.
Course date/time and room are listed in the ISHM course catalog.
In upstream and midstream service, interface measurement is rarely “set it and forget it.” Turbulence, buildup, and shifting process conditions can lead to unstable readings that impact safety and performance.
In this session, you’ll work directly with equipment and software to:
- Configure a VEGAFLEX 81 guided wave radar for an interface application using PACTware
- Adjust key parameters for challenging conditions (buildup, turbulence, changing product layers)
- Practice calibration and troubleshooting steps you can apply in the field
