Setup and commissioning

Thanks to the standardised adjustment structure, all VEGA sensors can be mounted, commissioned and configured by the user. The sensors can be set up and commissioned in the following ways:

Directly on the sensor – with the PLICSCOM adjustment module

The display and adjustment module PLICSCOM fits into any plics^® sensor.

Thanks to its standardised menu structure, the instrument can be quickly and easily set up and commissioned on site – regardless of the measuring principle.

PLICSCOM

Via laptop or PC – with PACTware

The adjustment software PACTware enables standardised adjustment of all VEGA sensors.

After installation of the software on a laptop or PC, it can be connected to the sensor via a USB cable or a Bluetooth adapter.

PACTware

Via tablet or smartphone – with the VEGA Tools app

The display and adjustment module PLICSCOM is also available with Bluetooth if required. Sensors can be set up and commissioned from a distance of up to 50 m with a tablet or smartphone.

And best of all: all plics^® sensors manufactured since 2002 can be retrofitted with PLICSCOM with Bluetooth.
