VEGAMIP: Point level detection with microwave barrier
FunctionThe microwave barrier works like a light barrier: If the microwave beam between transmitter and receiver is blocked by the medium, the measuring signal is damped. This change is detected by the receiver and converted into a switching signal. SeriesVEGAMIP T = Transmitter (Sender) VEGAMIP R = Receiver |

MountingWith its range of 100 m, VEGAMIP can also be mounted, for example, in vessels with really large diameters. The two sensors should be aligned to each other within a range of ±5°. ConnectionThe instrument is connected with standard two-wire cable. SetupThe microwave barrier can only be calibrated when there is no medium in the way. |
