How to send us your instrument

Fast help in emergencies: In many cases, replacement of an inexpensive electronics module is all it takes to get a production system quickly up and running again. If the sensor needs to be repaired, just return it to us and we’ll get it back to you in good working order within a very short time.


1. Create the order

Fill out and print the repair order form. To do this, click on “Create repair order”.

2. Clean the instrument

Clean your instrument thoroughly, removing all buildup and dirt.

3. Pack the instrument

Pack the repair order together with your instrument in a suitable package.

4. Dispatch

Send the package to VEGA. You can find the shipping address on the repair order.

What happens next?

1. Goods receipt

You get a confirmation of receipt by email as soon as we have received your package.

2. Order confirmation

After your instrument has been examined, you will receive a report of findings and order confirmation.
Upon request, we provide you with a cost estimate.

3. Repair

Your instrument is repaired by our specialists. The expected duration of the repair is stated in the order confirmation.

4. Return shipment

Once your instrument successfully passes the function test we send it back to you.
