VEGABAR: Process pressure measurement

Pressure transmitters measure the pressure of liquids, gases and vapours in pipes or closed vessels. The pressure of the measured medium acts on a pressure measuring cell, which converts it into an electronic signal.
The process pressure transmitters are ideal for detecting the relative or absolute pressure in applications with condensation or rapid temperature changes.

Mounting

A large number of different threads and hygienic fittings allow installation in vessels and pipes. A front-flush version is recommended for liquids and sticky media and a non-front-flush version for gases and vapours.

Connection

The instrument is connected with standard two-wire cable.

Setup

As soon as a plausible measured value is found, the corresponding current is output on the signal line. The value corresponds to the current pressure.
