Customer experience is the interaction between an organization and a customer over the duration of their relationship. One of VEGA Americas’ values is lasting relationships, which puts customer experience at the top of the list.

That value was confirmed when the American Marketing Association in Cincinnati presented VEGA Americas the Pinnacle Award for “Best Customer Experience Execution.” This category is reserved for organizations that facilitate pathways that anticipate the wants, needs, and problems of customers and address them in a way that makes a difference.

VEGA Americas submitted their Technology Days 2018 event into this competitive category, and industry peers selected the event as the winner. This event brings together customers from all over North America and allows them to experience VEGA technologies through demonstrations, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions with product and industry experts. It’s based on the annual Technology Days event held at the corporate headquarters in Germany.

“We want our customers to feel that the people at VEGA, throughout the organization, are true partners to them in their endeavors for greater safety, efficiency, and reliability in their processes. It takes an entire organization to execute an event at this level, and we’re happy to accept the award on behalf of the entire VEGA team,” said VEGA Americas Marketing Manager Jasilyn Fuller.

The American Marketing Association, or AMA, in Cincinnati hosts the Pinnacle awards every year to recognize and celebrate marketing teams and individuals doing remarkable things.
